Sales Team Lead

On-site | Ramat Gan, Israel

We're looking for a Sales Team Lead who is first and foremost a strong salesperson — someone who still sells, still meets clients, still closes deals, and also manages and grows a team of sales reps.

What You'll Do

Lead and coach a team of sales reps while staying fully hands-on in the field.

Own the full sales cycle personally — outreach, demos, negotiations, and closing.

Build a strong, disciplined sales routine: pipeline reviews, KPIs, CRM accuracy.

Set targets, track performance, and ensure the team consistently hits quota.

Develop sales playbooks and sharpen the team's pitch and storytelling.

Work directly with Product & Marketing to align messaging and value propositions.

Represent the company in meetings with law firms, enterprise clients, and partners.

Requirements

Proven experience as a quota-carrying salesperson in Tech/SaaS.

Experience managing or mentoring sales reps — even a small team.

Strong closing skills and the ability to own complex deals independently.

Charismatic communicator with strong presentation and negotiation abilities.

Data-driven: pipeline management, KPIs, forecasting.

Comfortable balancing 40–50% team leadership with 50–60% real selling.

Advantage: experience selling to law firms / enterprise B2B.
