We're looking for a
Sales Manager
to lead our
B2B sales activity
in a fast-growing
tech staffing and recruitment company
.

What You'll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with mid-size and enterprise clients.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet revenue goals.
- Conduct discovery calls, understand client needs, and match them with the right staffing solutions.
- Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals.
- Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain accurate CRM tracking and sales reporting.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience with measurable success.
- Proven negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in
tech recruitment
or
HR services
– a strong advantage. - Independent, data-driven, and focused on results.
- Comfortable working in a
hybrid setup
and managing multiple priorities. - Ability to travel for client meetings when needed.
