About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager with a strong focus on outbound hunting to lead and expand our business development efforts. This role requires a self-starter who thrives on chasing opportunities, converting prospects into long-term enterprise clients, and building a high-performance outbound sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in trading and/or real-money gaming, excellent enterprise sales acumen, and exceptional presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business acquisition through proactive outbound prospecting, hunting, and closing deals with enterprise clients.
Build and manage a pipeline of high-value prospects, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and pitches to senior stakeholders and decision makers.
Develop and execute sales strategies for enterprise accounts, tailoring solutions to client needs.
Recruit, mentor, and manage a future outbound sales team to scale revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies.
Report on performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy to senior management.
Requirements:
Proven track record in outbound ("hunting") enterprise sales — must.
Background in trading and/or gaming (real money) — must
5+ years experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead capacity.
Ability to recruit, develop, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Strong enterprise sales expertise, including navigating complex decision-making structures.
Outstanding presentation and communication skills — must.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure and consistently hit targets.
