We are seeking a talented
Sales Manager (Financial Products)
to join our team. The role focuses on developing strong relationships with wealthy private clients and introducing them to SMARTGEN's comprehensive wealth management solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and onboard high-net-worth individuals and families, particularly Russian-speaking clients.
- Present and promote SMARTGEN's range of financial products and services, tailored to the needs of sophisticated investors.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring trust, satisfaction, and recurring business.
- Collaborate with internal experts in investments, banking, structuring, and tax to deliver holistic solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting and first meetings, to pitching, negotiation, and closing.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of clients, coordinating documentation (KYC, AML, contracts) and maintaining compliance standards.
- Meet individual and team sales targets, contributing to SMARTGEN's growth and reputation in the premium wealth management segment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields preferred).
- Proven sales experience in the premium or luxury segment - ideally within financial services, banking, investment firms, or similar industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with wealthy clients.
- Fluent Russian (mandatory). Strong English required. Hebrew is a plus but not mandatory.
- Understanding of financial products, investment services, or private banking is preferred, but not strictly required.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and client-focused, with a professional and polished demeanor.
