What will your job look like?

  • Travel Management: Take ownership of complex travel arrangements—ensure flight schedules are efficient and aligned with business needs, recommend hotels close to event or customer locations, and proactively plan itineraries for global trips.
  • Calendar Support: Act as a strategic gatekeeper—manage dynamic calendars intelligently, prioritize meetings, filter noise, and protect leaders' time by understanding the "why" behind each request.
  • Attention to Detail: Operate in a fast-paced environment with high responsiveness, precision, and flexibility across global time zones.

All you need is...

  • 2–3 years of practical business/administrative experience
  • High-level English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong discretion, and ability to handle confidential information
  • Exceptional organizational skills, proactive mindset, and ability to make quick, sound decisions
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and global coordination
  • Experience in high-tech companies – a significant advantage
  • Bachelor's Degree – preferred
