מנוסה להובלת צוות תמיכה של 12 נציגי IT (עם צפי לגדילה). תפקיד מרכזי בסביבה טכנולוגית מתקדמת, הכולל אחריות מלאה על ניהול צוות השירות ותפעול תשתיות ה–IT בארגון.

מה כוללת האחריות?

  • ניהול, חניכה ותפעול יומיומי של צוות ה–Help Desk.
  • מתן תמיכה טכנית למאות משתמשים בארגון.
  • טיפול בתקלות מורכבות ב–Windows, Office 365, רשתות וציוד קצה.
  • ניהול משתמשים והרשאות (כולל GPO).
  • תמיכה במערכות אבטחה ו–CDR.
  • תפעול מערכות טלפוניה של Cisco.
  • תעדוף משימות וניהול עומסים במערכות ITSM.
  • עבודה עם מערכות כגון Priority, Teamcenter, Matlab ועוד.

מה צריך להביא?

  • 5+ שנות ניסיון Hands-on בעולם ה–IT.
  • ניסיון מוכח בניהול צוות Help Desk
    (7–10 עובדים לפחות).
  • ידע חזק ב–Windows, רשתות וציוד קצה.
  • ניסיון חובה במערכות טלפוניה של Cisco.
  • היכרות עם אבטחת מידע וסייבר.
  • שירותיות גבוהה, יכולת עבודה בלחץ ותקשורת בינאישית מצוינת.
  • סיווג ביטחוני בתוקף – יתרון משמעותי.
  • ניסיון מארגוני תעשייה/אלקטרוניקה – יתרון.
