B2B Sales Manager

About the Role

You'll be at the heart of our business growth — developing partnerships, opening new markets, and driving performance across multiple channels.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building and managing strong B2B relationships with
    salons, spas, estheticians, hotels, wellness centers, and top retail chains
    .
  • Planning and executing
    retail activation and trade marketing campaigns
    — promotions, sampling, POS, and in-store events that drive sell-out and visibility.
  • Identifying and developing
    new sales channels and market opportunities
    in the beauty and wellness sector.
  • Leading
    negotiations and deal closures
    with key accounts and strategic partners.
  • Conducting
    market and competitive analysis
    to strengthen our positioning.
  • Working hand-in-hand with
    marketing and product teams
    to ensure brand and sales alignment.
  • Managing and expanding your
    CRM pipeline
    to maintain consistent client outreach and follow-up.
  • Sharing valuable
    market insights and client feedback
    to guide company strategy.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in
    B2B and retail sales
    within cosmetics, beauty, wellness, or FMCG.
  • An established
    network of industry contacts
    — salons, spas, hotels, and retail chains.
  • Demonstrated ability to
    open new markets and exceed sales targets
    .
  • Strong
    communication, negotiation, and relationship-building
    skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and entrepreneurial.
  • Fluent in
    English
    (additional languages are an advantage).
  • On-site presence
    required at our Netanya office, with travel to client locations.
  • Driver's license required
    – company car provided.
